EIFO is Denmark’s export credit institution

At EIFO, we work to enable more Danish companies to take the leap into the world. We open doors for SMEs that want to export for the first time. We help them grow when the first orders need to be scaled. And we can provide attractive financing solutions for Danish companies’ foreign buyers, ensuring that the orders remain in Denmark.

EIFO also supports large Danish companies competing in international markets that need financial solutions to make large, complex projects work. We create access to new growth markets, support stable supply chains, and contribute to Danish access to critical raw materials and resources in a world with low geopolitical visibility.

We also work actively to increase the presence of Danish businesses in growth markets – including Africa, where our loan and guarantee scheme makes it possible for Danish companies to export to countries with higher risk and greater potential.
