The backbone of a strong economy
EIFO provides—together with banks, funds, and other actors—capital, loans, and guarantees for Danish entrepreneurs and SMEs. We invest both directly and indirectly through funds to ensure that good ideas are not lost and that more companies have the opportunity to take the next big leap.
At the same time, EIFO’s ambition is to increase the number of high-growth SMEs in Denmark. It is important to create the conditions for more of the companies that are gaining real momentum to want to stay in Denmark. This requires access to growth capital in the later stages so that companies can continue to grow without moving ownership, jobs, or ideas out of the country.
Danish entrepreneurs and SMEs are the backbone of a strong and resilient economy, and we must keep them in Denmark.
